<br />CORPORATE WARRANTY DEED

<br />PREISENDORF PLUMBING & HEATING, INC., a Nebraska Corporation
<br />organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
<br />State of Nebraska, for and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00)
<br />AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, does hereby convey to THOMAS W. O'NEILL, a married
<br />person, Grantee, the following described real estate in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:

<br />LOT ONE (1) PREISENDORF SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances to
<br />the same belonging, and all the estate, title, interest, claim or
<br />demand whatsoever of said Grantor, of, in or to the same, or any
<br />part thereof; subject to easements and restrictions of record.

<br />Grantor covenants with the Grantee that Grantor:

<br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is
<br />free from encumbrances except as stated herein;
<br />
<br />(2) has good right and lawful authority to sell the same;
<br />
<br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons.
