<br />DECEMBER 22. 1995 and recorded DECEMBER 26. 1995 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in DOCUMENT #95-108793
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered;

<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
