<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, all ofthe indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by

<br />Donald E. Pauly, a single person,

<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated October 17,
<br />2005, and recorded October 18, 2005, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200510340, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
