<br />ISLAND. NE 68801, and First American Title Ins. Co. 13924 Gold Circle Omaha. NE 68144 ("Trustee"), for
<br />the benefit of Citibank, F.S.B., a federal savings bank organized and existing under the laws of the United States of
<br />America whose address is 11800 Spectrum Center Drive, Reston, VA 22090 (herein "Lender"), and Mortgage
<br />Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of Delaware, whose address and
<br />telephone number is P.O. Box 2026, Flint, MI 48501-2026, tel. (888) 679-MERS (herein "Beneficiary"). Mortgage
<br />Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. is Beneficiary of this Deed of Trust solely as nominee for Lender and Lender's

<br />TOGETHER with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights,
<br />appurtenances and rents all of which shall be deemed to be and remain a part of the property covered by this Deed of
<br />Trust; and all of the foregoing, together with said property (or the leasehold estate if this Deed of Trust is on a
<br />leasehold) are hereinafter referred to as the "Property." Trustor understands and agrees that Beneficiary holds only
<br />legal title to the interests granted by Trustor in this Deed of Trust, but, if necessary to comply with law or custom,
<br />Beneficiary (as nominee for Lender and Lender's successors and assigns) has the right to exercise any or all of those
<br />interests, including, but not limited to, the right to foreclose and sell the Property; and to take any action required of
<br />Lender including, but not limited to, releasing and canceling this Deed of Trust.
