Said Deed of Trust is modified <br />by a Loan Modification Agreement. <br /> <br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and <br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholdcrs of <br />CWMBS 2004~R2. The Assignment was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br /> <br />Camille R.
