<br />CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY

<br />JAMES K JEFFRIES and KELLI J JEFFRIES, Husband and Wife, as joint tenants,
<br />ASSIGNORS, does hereby assign to HOME FEDERAL SA VINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, ASSIGNEE, as additional
<br />security for payment of a loan made to Assignors by Assignee in the amount of
<br />$50,000.00 the Lease dated, July 1,2000, wherein KUESTER LAKE, INC.,is the Lessor
<br />and the Assignors are the Lessees, such Lease commenced July 1, 2000, and terminated
<br />June 30, 2035, pertaining to the following-described premises:

<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $50,000.00 with interest
<br />and according to the provisions of the Financing Statement given to them by the
<br />Assipee, that this Conditional Assignment of Lease will thereafter be null and void and
