Swanson, a single person, Trustor under a Deed of Trust <br />recorded in the office ofthe Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on May 31, 2002 as Instrument No. <br />0200205850 and re-recorded on June 10, 2002 as Instrument No. 0200206193, which Deed of Trust <br />conveyed the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />THE SOUTH THIRTY-SIX AND SEVENTY-FIVE HUNDREDTHS (36.75) FEET OF <br />LOT NINE (9) AND THE NORTH TWENTY (20) FEET OF LOT ELEVEN (11) IN <br />BLOCK NINETEEN (19) IN UNIVERSITY PLACE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the <br />terms of said Deed of Trust.
