<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated June 14th, 2004, executed by Edwin D Bolanos and
<br />Angela M Bolanos, husband and wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is
<br />named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #0200405937 in the
<br />Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 15th day of June, 2004.

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:
<br />
<br />Lot One (1), Seven (7) and Eight (8), Block Forty Eight (48), in the original
<br />Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and that part of vacated alley as
<br />shown in Ordinance No, 2705 recorded in Book X, Page 177
<br />
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated August 14th, 2004, recorded as
<br />Document #0200405937 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
