<br />Wherers, the under<;igned, William A. Francis, a member of the Nehra~ka State
<br />Bar Association, Attorney Number 11366, as Successor Trustee, under a Deed of Trust
<br />dated the 21st day of December, 2005, executed by Shafer Properties, LLC, a Nebraska
<br />Limited Liability Company, as Trustor, in which The Meadows Apartment Homes, LLC,
<br />a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, was named as Beneficiary and the undersigned
<br />as Trustee, recorded on the 22nd day of December, 2005, as Document No. 0200512497
<br />in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />Whereas, the said undersigned, William A. Francis, has received from
<br />Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:

<br />Lot Twenty-two (22) in Country Meadows Second Subdivision in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />Said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust
<br />have been fully paid;

<br />Now therefore, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the ul1dersign.;:d as Successor Tru~tec, does hereby rel,;onvey, wilhuut warranty,
