<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />FEBRUARY 20. 2004 and recorded FEBRUARY 24.2004 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in DOCUMENT
<br />#0200401628 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;

<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
