<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by James M.
<br />Bennett and Sharon A. Bennett, husband and wife to Thomas C. Huston, attorney at law,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of Little B's Corporation, a Nebraska corporation, the beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated November 3,2005 and recorded November 9, 2005 in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 200511139 has been paid, and
<br />said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered;

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,

<br />said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:

<br />Lot Two (2), Block Three (3), Summerfield Estates Fourth Subdivision to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises.
