<br />VICKI R. BARTELS and TIMOTHY E. BARTELS, wife and husband, GRANTORS, in
<br />consideration ofTEN AND NO/I00 DOLLARS ($10.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE
<br />CONSIDERATION received from GRANTEE, VICKI R. BARTELS, TRUSTEE OF THE

<br />AMENDED, quitclaim to GRANTEE all of GRANTORS' undivided one-half('1'2) interest in the

<br />Nebraska, subject to the limited life estate of Kenneth E. Nienhueser therein, to-wit:

<br />(9) West ofthe 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as
<br />follows: Beginning at the Southwest comer of Lot Two (2) of Schaafs
<br />Subdivision, thence Northerly on the Westerly line of said Lot Two (2) extended a
<br />distance of 361.3' thence deflecting left 900 and in a Westerly direction, a distance
<br />of253.18'; thence deflecting left 900 and in a Southerly direction parallel to the
<br />Westerly line of said Lot Two (2) of Schaafs Subdivision, a distance of 455.12' to
<br />a point on the Northerly County Road Right-of-way line; thence deflecting Left
<br />110020' and in a Northeasterly direction along and upon the said Northerly county
<br />road right-of-way line, a distance of 270' to the point of beginning and containing
<br />2.37 acres, more or less; and a tract of land comprising a part of the West Half of

<br />beginning, thence deflecting right 110020' and in a Northerly direction a distance
<br />of 455.12', thence deflecting left 900 and in a Westerly direction 93.77'; thence
<br />deflecting left 900 and in a Southerly direction 489.87' to a point on the Northerly
<br />County road right-of-way line; thence deflecting left 1100 20' and in a
<br />Northeasterly direction along and upon the Northerly County road right-of-way
<br />line, a distance of 100' to the point of beginning and containing 1.02 acres, more
