<br />Know All Men by These Presents

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Craig Starke and
<br />Terry Sue Starke as original Trustors to Principal Bank, as Trustee for the benefit of Principal
<br />Bank, the Beneficiary named therein, recorded July 14, 2004 in the mortgage records in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds Hall County, Nebraska, in Book --- Page --- Instrument 200406924. The
<br />Mortgage having been complied with and paid in full, the undersigned releases the Mortgage and all
<br />of its right, title and interest in the Property located at 3944 Hampton Road, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska 68803.

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request
<br />Beneficiary thereunder, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,

<br />County, hereby appoints and substitutes Barbara C. Mueller as Trustee in lieu of
