Chmelka Kuester Lake Inc. <br />Shareholder, GRANTEE: GRANTOR does hereby grant the GRANTEE, his heirs and assigns, <br />a permanent easement for construction and operation of sewage treatment and distribution facilities <br />on the lands of the GRANTOR located in theEast Half of the Southwest Quarter (E1I2SW1I4) of <br />Section Thirteen(13), Township Eleven(ll) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County Nebraska. <br /> <br />1'0 <br /><Sl <br /><Sl <br />-..J <br /><Sl <br />(.oJ <br />(.oJ <br /><0 <br />-->. <br /> <br />The description of the area involved for this easement is more particularly described as follows: <br />For a sewage didtribution line under the road and a leech field in the common area opposite Lot 49. <br /> <br />This grant of easement herein contained shall allow the GRANTEES, their heirs and assigns the right <br />to utilize the lands of the GRANTOR, described as the "common ground", for construction of sewage <br />facilities which may consist of pipe, septic tank and leach field. The GRANTEES or its contractors <br />shall minimize the destruction of the area and will have the obligation to restore the ground surface <br />and grasses or vegetation as near as possible to the original condition. The GRANTEE will assume <br />any expenses that may be incurred from any action that may develop as a result of the construction, <br />cleaning, or rebuilding of these sewage facilities.
