<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Scott K, Kvols, it's authorized officer, as

<br />As INSTRUMENT NO, 0200700497. in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS.
<br />STATE OF NEBRASKA, and executed by PRAIRIE VIEW PROPERTIES. L.L.C.. A NEBRASKA LIMITED

<br />LIABILITY COMPANY, as trustor, in which Pinnacle Bank is named as beneficiary, and said bank, as
<br />
<br />trustee, has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey,
<br />
<br />reciting that all sums secured by such TRUST DEED have been fully paid and that such TRUST DEED
<br />
<br />and the note secured thereby has been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such TRUST
