<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Scott K. Kvols, it's authorized officer,

<br />as trustee under the Trust Deed dated Julv 14. 2006, and recorded on Julv 17. 2006.
<br />
<br />as INSTRUMENT NO. 200606356. in the Office of the Reqister of Deeds of HALL COUNTY,
<br />STATE OF NEBRASKA, and executed by MCNELXIS DEVELOPMENT. L.L.C.. A NEBRASKA
<br />
<br />LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY. as trustor, in which Pinnacle Bank is named as beneficiary,
<br />
<br />and said bank as trustee, has received from Pinnacle Bank the beneficiary thereunder, a
<br />
<br />written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deeds have been
<br />
<br />fully paid and that such trust deeds and the notes secured thereby have been surrendered
<br />
<br />to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust

<br />deeds, the said bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, with-
