<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Scott K. Kvols, it's authorized officer,

<br />as trustee under the Trust Deed dated JULY 29. 2005, and recorded on AUGUST 5. 2005.

<br />as INSTRUMENT NO. 0200507603. in the Office of the Reaister of Deeds of HALL COUNTY,
<br />STATE OF NEBRASKA. and executed by MCNEL1IS DEVELOPMENT. L.L.C.. A NEBRASKA

<br />LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY. as trustor, in which Pinnacle Bank is named as beneficiary,

<br />and said bank as trustee, has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a

<br />written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deeds have been

<br />fully paid and that such trust deeds and the notes secured thereby have been surrendered
