<br />THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among Kellv D. Ost and Sindv I. Ost,
<br />Husband and Wife , Trustor, and KEARNEY STATE BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, as Trustee, for
<br />the benefit of KEARNEY ST ATE BANK AND TRUST COMPANY , Beneficiary named therein, said Deed
