<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed April 10,
<br />2006, by APRIL MARIE HARDY, a single person, Trustor, in which TIERONE BANK was
<br />named as Beneficiary and U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION as
<br />Trustee, and which was filed for record on April 10, 2006, as Instrument No. 2006 -03125 of the
<br />Mortgage Records for Hall County, Nebraska,. Said Deed of Trust was assigned by the original
<br />Beneficiary, TIERONE BANK to U.S. BANK, N.A., by virtue of an Assignment dated April 14,
<br />2006, and filed for record on May 24, 2006, as Instrument No. 2006 -04610 of the Mortgage Records
<br />for Hall County, Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES has been appointed Successor Trustee, replacing
<br />U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally
<br />described as follows:
<br />LOT TWO (2), IN BLOCK SIX (6), IN WIEBE'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non - payment of the installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,

<br />Nebraska statute § 76 -1012.
