<br />WHEREAS, The Bank of Doniphan, Trustee of the Deed of Trust
<br />recordeo as Instrument No. 0200102222 in the office of the
<br />kegister of Deed3 of Hall County, Nebraska, (i) recorded as
<br />Instrument No. 200700791 in the office of the Register of De8ds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, Notice of Default relating to the Deed
<br />of Trust and mailed a copy of that recorded instrument to
<br />Trustors as required by law, (ii) published Notice of Trustee's
<br />Sale in The Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper in and
<br />for Hall County, Nebraska, on each of March 8, 15, 22 and 29 and
<br />AprilS, 2007, and mailed a copy of that recorded instrument to
<br />Trustors as required by law, and (iii) on April 18, 2007, held
<br />the sale at the time and place described in the Notice, and
<br />

<br />WHEREAS, The Bank of Doniphan was the highest bidder at
<br />that sale having bid FIFTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS
<br />($50,000.00) and having credited that amount to The Bank of
<br />Doniphan, Trustee under the Deed of Trust.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above and
<br />foregoing and the credit to it of the above stated highest bid
<br />and purchase price, The Bank of Doniphan, Trustee of the
<br />hereinabove described Deed of Trust, does hereby convey to The
<br />Bank of Doniphan, individually, without right of redemption the
