Livingston, District Judge. Petitioner was personally present with her attorney, John B. <br />McDermott. The Respondent was personally present with his attorney, Gregory Barton. <br />The parties adduced evidence and the Court took the matter under advisement. <br />NOW ON this 6lh day of March, 2003, the Court being fully advised in the file and the <br />premises finds as follows: <br />1. The Court has jurisdiction of the parties hereto and the subject matter of this action. <br />2. The parties were married on April 29, 1993, and three children have been born of said <br />marriage; namely, Ashton Michael Sandman, born September 21,1990, Dillon Eugene Sandman, <br />born May 14, 1992, and Ethan Vincent Sandman, born October 7, 1994. <br />3. Neither the Petitioner nor the Respondent is a party to any other action pending in this or <br />any other Court for divorce, separation or dissolution of marriage. <br />4. The marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken and the Court is dissolving the <br /> <br />mamage. <br />5. The care, custody and control of the minor children, Ashton Michael Sandman, Dillon <br />Eugene Sandman and Ethon Vincent Sandman, shall be in the Petitioner. The Court determines both <br />Petitioner and Respondent are fit and proper persons to have the custody of the minor children. The <br />Court has reviewed the testimony and evidence presented by both parties and finds the most <br /> <br />
