<br />U.S. Bank National Association, trustee under that certain Nebraska Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Assignment
<br />of Rents and Leases dated May 1, 2003, and filed May 2, 2003, as Document# 200305482, of the Mortgage records of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska naming Raymond Leon Cooper and Lorraine Lee Cooper as Trustor, U.S. Bank National
<br />Association as Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank National Association as original Trustee in consideration of performance in full
<br />by said Trustor of all obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby, does hereby reconvey to
<br />said Trustor the following described real estate, to wit:

<br />hereby canceling and satisfying said Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Assignment of Rents and Leases.
