<br />200703195 <br /> <br />DEED OF TRUST WITH FUTURE ADVANCES <br /> <br />This DEED OF TRUST is made this 9th day of April, 2001, by and among HAROLD R. PLEJDRUP <br />and ELAINE J. PLEJDRUP, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as "Trustors," whether one or more, <br />whose mailing address is 3870 north nebraska highway 11, Cairo, Nebraska 68824; THE STATE BANK <br />OF CAIRO, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Trustee," whose mailing address <br />is Box 428, Cairo, Nebraska 68824; and THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO, a Nebraska Banking <br />Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Beneficiary," whose mailing address is Box 428, Cairo, Nebraska <br />68824. <br />For valuable consideration, Trustors irrevocably grant, transfer, convey and assign to Trustee, in trust, <br />with power of sale, for the benefit and security of Beneficiary, under and subject to the terms and conditions of <br />this Deed of Trust, the following described real property located in HALL County, Nebraska: <br /> <br />A tract ofland comprising a part of the NE 1/4 of Section 24, Township 10 North, Range 12 <br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />First to ascertain the point of beginning, start at the northeast corner of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 thence <br />running westerly along the north line of said SE 1/4 NE 1/4 a distance of Fine Hundred Sixty <br />(560.0) feet; thence S 11040' E a distance of One Hundred Fifty Five and Ninety Five Hundredths <br />(155.95) feet; thence deflecting right 89044' and running southwesterly, a distance of Five <br />Hundred Thirty Seven and Thirty Seven Hundredths (537.37) Feet; thence deflecting left 18021' <br />and running southwesterly a distance of Two Hundred Seventeen and Three Tenths (217.3) feet <br />to the ACTUAL point of beginning; thence continuing southwesterly along the last described <br />course a distance of Three Hundred Fifty Six and Ninety Six Hundredths (356.96) feet; thence <br />deflectin- right 90000' and running northwesterly a distance of Three Hundred Thirty and Fifty <br />Eight Hundredths (330.58) feet to the centerline of Wood River; thence deflecting right 102007' <br />and running northeasterly along the centerline of Wood River a distance of Two Hundred <br />Thirteen and Forty Eight Hundredths (21348) feet; thence deflecting left 32016' and running <br />northeasterly along the centerline of Wood River a distance of One Hundred Thirty Six and <br />Eighteen Hundredths (13 6 .18) feet; thence deflecting left 12044' and running northeasterly along <br />the centerline of Wood River a distance of One Hundred Fifteen and Forty Two Hundredths <br />(11542) feet to a point on the north line of the S 1/2 NE 1/4; thence running easterly along the <br />north line of said S 1/2 NE 1/4 a distance of Fifty Three and Fifty Four Hundredths (53.54) feet; <br />thence deflecting right 77034'50" and running southeasterly a distance of Three HudredEighty <br />Seven and Seven Tenths (387.7) feet to the ACTUAL point og beginning and containing 3.08 <br />acres more or less, <br /> <br />together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, streets, alleys, passageways, easements, rights, privileges and <br />appurtenances located thereon, and all personal property that may be or hereafter become an integral part of such <br />buildings and improvements, all crops raised thereon, and all water rights, all of which, including replacements <br />and additions thereto, are hereby declared to be a part of the real estate conveyed in trust hereby, it being agreed <br />that an of the foregoing shall be hereinafter referred to as the "Property." <br /> <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECURING: <br /> <br />a. Payment of indebtedness evidenced by Trustors' note of even date herewith in the principal sum of <br />$53,199.08, together with interest at the rate or rates provided therein, and any and all renewals, modifications <br />and extensions of such note, both principal and interest on the note being payable in accordance with the terms <br />set forth therein, which by this reference is hereby made a part hereof; and any and all future advances and <br />readvances to Trustors hereunder pursuant to one ore more promissory notes or credit agreements (herein called <br />"Note"); <br />b. the payment of other sums advanced by Beneficiary to protect the security of the Note; <br />c. the performance of all covenants and agreements of Trustor set forth herein; and <br />d. all present and future indebtedness and obligations of Trustors to Beneficiary whether direct, indirect, <br />absolute or contingent and whether arising by note, guaranty, overdraft or otherwise; <br />
