Whereas, the undersigned William A. Francis of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Attorney Number 11366, a
<br />as Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated the 291h day of January, 2004, executed by Gary
<br />Eilenstine and Linda Eilenstine, Husband and Wife, as Trustor(s), in which Meadows
<br />Apartment Homes, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company is named as Beneficiary
<br />and the undersigned as Trustee, which deed was recorded on January 29, 2004, as
<br />Document No. 0200400852 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and whereas said undersigned, William A. Francis has received from the Beneficiary,
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 in Country Meadows Second Subdivision
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust
<br />have been fully paid;
<br />Now therefore, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance at Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, this 1Z day of April, 2007.
