Bohnart and Mary G. Bohnart, husband and wife, in consideration of the <br />sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, convey to Wood River Area Economic and Housing Development Corporation, A Nebraska <br />Corporation, Grantee, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat.
