<br />That a Deed of Trust was made and entered into on or about 07-29-2005, by THOMAS DOAP AND
<br />MAKAKAL DENG, as Trustor, and ARGENT MORTGAGE COMPANY,LLC." Beneficiary, wherein TICOR
<br />TITLE INSURANGE COMPANY was named Trustee. This Deed of Trust was recorded 08-01-2005 in the Records
<br />of the Register of Deeds of HALL, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200507427 in Book at Page.
<br />
<br />FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY has been appointed Successor Trustee,
<br />pursuant to a Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska.
<br />Hereinafter the Successor Trustee, FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, will be referred to
<br />as GRANTOR.
<br />
<br />Thc GRANTOR in consideration of $93,567.44 and other valuable consideration received from
<br />DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF ARGENT MORTGAGE SECURITIES,
<br />INC. ASSET BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-Wl UNDER THE POOLING AND
<br />SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF February 1, 2006, WITHOUT RECOURSE. hereinafter GRANTEES,
<br />does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and conform unto GRANTEES the following described real property in
<br />HALL County, Nebraska:
<br />
<br />LOT 3, BLOCK 25, PACKER AND BARR'S SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging unto the GRANTEES, and to the GRANTEES' successors and assigns forever.
<br />
<br />GRANTOR does hereby covenant with the GRANTEES and with the GRANTEES' successors and assign:
<br />
<br />(1) That THOMAS DOAP AND MAKAKAL DENG, as Trustor, failed to pay the Beneficiary payments
<br />which were contractually due, and the GRANTOR, at the request of the Beneficiary, elected to declare the entire
<br />unpaid principle balance, together with interest thereon, at once immediately due and payable.
<br />
<br />(2) That a Notice of Default was recorded by GRANTOR on 01-12-2007, inlJ.-.l "I I'"~' in the records of
<br />the Register of Deeds, HALL County, Nebraska. Within ten (10) days thereafter, a copy of the recorded Notice of
<br />Default was mailed by ccrtified mail, postage prepaid, to all parties entitled to notice, pursuant to said Deed of Trust
<br />and incompliance with Neb. Rev. Stat. * 76-1008 (Reissue 1996).
<br />
<br />(3) That Trustor THOMAS DOAP AND MAKAKAL DENG, failed to cure the default referenced in the
<br />Notice of Default within thirty (30) days after the recording ofthc Notice of Default.
