<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />TODD A ANANIA AND JANE E ANANIA. HUSBAND AND WIFE to
<br />Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />JULY 25. 2001 and recorded AUGUST 6.2001 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200107761 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
