<br />JAMES R. WRAY and KATHLEEN I. WRAY, husband and wife and KATHLEEN l. WRAY, Trustee of the
<br />Kathleen 1. Wray Revocable Trust (together "Grantor"), in consideration ofGne Dollar and other valuable
<br />consideration received from Grantee, do convey unto, CHARLES O. JOHNSON and JEANINE 1. JOHNSON,
<br />husband and wife, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship,("Grantee") the real estate (as defined in Neb.
<br />Rev. Stat. 76-201) described as follows:

<br />Undivided one-half (112) interest in the Southeast Quarter (SE1I4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW1I4) of
<br />Section 6, Township 9 North, Range 12 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, consisting of 40 acres,
<br />more or less.

<br />To have and to hold the Premises, together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto, herein
<br />granted unto the Grantee and to Grantee's successors and assigns forever
<br />
<br />Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantee as follows:

<br />1. Grantor is lawfully seized of said Premises and it is free from encumbrances, subject, however, to
<br />any restrictions, reservations, covenants, easements and agreements of record;

<br />2. Grantor has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and

<br />3. Grantor warrants and will defend the title to said Premises against the lawful claims of all persons
