<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by GORDON
<br />O'NEILL and COLLEEN O'NEILL, HUSBAND AND WIFE to TierOne Bank, successor to United
<br />Nebraska Bank (by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated May 22,2006, and recorded May 24,2006 in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in Instrument #0200604626, has
<br />been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, HAVING A LAKE FRONT FOOTAGE
<br />OF EIGHTY (80) FEET. INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL RIGHTS OF TRUSTOR
<br />IN AND UNDER THAT ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AGREEMENT COVERING SAID REAL
<br />ESTATE DATED OS/22/2006, FROM DOUG CONE AND DEBRA CONE, HUSBAND AND
