(aka "JACK") GILLESPIE, JR. and ALYCE M. GILLESPIE, the undersigned <br />Releasors, who are the Trustors under that certain DECLARATION OF THE GILLESPIE FAMILY TRUST <br />(hereinafter "TRUST"), a revocable living trust, dated April 4, 2007, a copy of such Notice of Trust is attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof by this reference, do by these presents, hereby release, remise and forever Quit <br />Claim IN TRUST unto ourselves as TRUSTEES under said TRUST, all of our rights, title and interest in and to <br />unto that certain property situated in Hall County, State of Nebraska, and described as: <br /> <br />.~ <br /> <br />Lot 4, Fractional Block 8, ASHTON PLACE, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. Parcel No. 400010992. (Also known as 2415 West Louise, Grand Island, <br />Nebraska 68801). <br /> <br />The Releasors assert title to the aforesaid property pursuant to a deed or contract recorded in the Official <br />Land Records of Hall County, State of Nebraska. <br /> <br />TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the said interest in the above described property unto and to the use and <br />benefit of the said Trustees and their successors in interest forever; and that neither we nor our heirs or assigns shall <br />have nor make any claims or demands upon said Property interest. <br /> <br />The beneficiaries of this Quit Claim Deed are JOHN J.
