CO UJ Wz <br /> UJ <br /> 200702973 0 <br /> RECONVEYANCE OF TRUST PROPERTY -f.OO <br /> <br />In consideration of the payment of obligations under a Deed of Trust dated July 21, 1995, <br />by and between JAMES SCOTT ZANA and REBA GAIL STAFFORD ZANA, husband and <br />wife, as Trustor, which Deed of Trust is recorded as Document No. 95-104861 in the Office of <br />the Hall County, Nebraska Register of Deeds, and which Deed of Trust has been assigned by <br />Assignment dated August 31, 1995 and recorded as Document No. 95~ 1 05923 in the Office of <br />the Hall County, Nebraska Register of Deeds, and upon the request for reconveyance of the <br />Beneficiary, BRUCE I. SMITH, Attorney-at-Law, Trustee, hereby releases said Deed of Trust on <br />the following described real estate: <br /> <br />Lot One (1) R & R Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska; <br /> <br />Part of Block One (1), Pleasant Horne Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest <br />corner of said Block One (1) and running thence East along and upon the North <br />side of said Block 1 a distance of 124 feet; running thence South and parallel to <br />the West side of said Block 1 a distance of 66 feet; running thence East and <br />parallel to the North side of said Block 1 a distance of 8 feet; running thence <br />South and parallel to the West side of said Block 1 a distance of 214 feet to the <br />South side of said Block 1; running thence West along and upon the South side of <br />said Block I a distance of 132 feet to the Southwest corner of said Block 1; and <br />running thence North along and upon the West side of said Block 1 a distance of <br />280 feet to the point of beginning now known as Lots One (1) and Two (2), Zana <br />Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and <br /> <br />Amended Lot One (1), Block Nine (9), Continental Gardens Subdivision, City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />The Trustee does hereby remise, release and quitclaim, pursuant to Section 76-1014.01 of <br />the Revised Statutes of the State of Nebraska, said premises to Trustor JAMES SCOTT ZANA <br />and REBA GAIL STAFFORD ZANA, husband and wife. <br /> <br />IN TESTIMONY WI-IEREOF, Bruce ~~ith, Attorney-at-Law, Trustee, has executed <br />this Reconveyance of Trust Property on the day of April, 2007. <br /> <br />0'""--".'''\ /"'-~" <br />/" ,/ " .
