<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated July 9, 2001, executed by Wenzl Construction Co., Inc., a
<br />Nebraska Corporation, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as
<br />Beneficiary and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #0200106702 in the Register of
<br />Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 9th day of July, 2001
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to.wit:
<br />
<br />Lot Two (2), Block One (1), Ponderosa Lakes Estate Fifth Subdivision, an Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated July 9, 2001, recorded as
<br />Document #0200106702 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County on the 9th day of July, 2001, shall
<br />remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 10th day of April, 2007.
