<br />(J) "Applicable Law" means all controlling applicable fedcrsl, state and local statutes, regl~ations,

<br />(I<) "Community As.wl:iation Dues, Fees, and Assessments" means all dues, fees, 8SSes.~ments and other

<br />to, or destruction at; the Property; (ii) condemnation or other taking of all or any part of the Property; (iii)
<br />conveyance in liell of condemnation; or (iv) misrepresentations of, or omissions as to, the value and/or
