<br />WHEREAS, by Trust Deed dated February 6, 2004 and recorded in the Real Estate Records of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska as Document #0200401293 ROBERT L SUCK AND BARBARA J
<br />SUCK (husband and wife) did convey certain real estate therein described in trust unto Arend R.
<br />Baack, Attorney at Law, as Trustee for the benefit of GRAND ISLAND INVESTMENT CO.,
<br />therein referred to as Beneficiary;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the obligations secured by said Trust Deed have been satisfied and said Trustee has
<br />received written request by such Beneficiary to re-convey the trust property from the
<br />Beneficiary;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, in his capacity as Trustee under the
<br />above-described Trust Deed, herein called the Grantor, in consideration of the satisfaction of the
<br />indebtedness evidenced by such Trust Deed received from Grantees, does hereby release and re-
<br />confirm unto the person or persons entitled thereto, herein called the Grantees, the following
<br />described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />Meridian, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the north line of the North 'fen
<br />(10) acres of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W 'is NW \14) of said Section Ten (10), which point
<br />is 660.0 feet West of the northeast comer of the North Ten (10) ^cres of the West lIalfofthc Northwest
<br />Quarter (W lf2 N W \14) of said Section Ten (10); running Thence south parallel to the east I ine of the North
<br />Ten (10) acres of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W lf2 NW \14) of said Section Ten (10), 331.0
<br />feet running thence west Parallel to the north line of the North Ten (10) acres of the West Half of the
<br />Northwest Quarter (W 'is NW \14) of said Section Ten (10), 132 feet; running thence north parallel to the
<br />east line of The North Ten (10) acres of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W Y2 NW \14) of said
<br />Section Tcn (10), 331.0 feet, to the point on the north line of the North Tcn (10) acres of the West Half of
<br />the Northwest Quarter (W Y2 NW \14) of said Section Ten (10), running thence east upon and along the
<br />north line of the North Ten (10) acres of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W 'is NW \14) of said
<br />Section Ten (10), 132 feet, to the actual point of beginning.
