<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Geneva State Bank, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust
<br />Septembef27, 2004 executed by Richard D. Wiseman "and Kimberly A. Wiseman, husband and wife
<br />as Trustor(s), in which Geneva State Bank, a Nebraska corporation, is named as Beneficiary and as
<br />Trustee, which is recorded in Inst. #0200409624 of Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, has
<br />received from the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that it has received
<br />payment in full of the Note or Notes secured by said Deed of Trust and the Promissory Note secured by
<br />said Deed of Trust has been surrendered to the undersigned as Trustee for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, all the estate and interest derived by the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in following
