<br />1, Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, formerly known as, Equitable

<br />hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by DIANA L
<br />MEYER AND ROBERT L MEYER, WIFE AND _HUSBAND, as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE
<br />BANK, formerly known as EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />formerly known as THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee,
<br />dated DECEMBER -11, -1999 , and recorded DECEMBER 17, 1999 , in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 991119oo
<br />regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Partial, Reconveyance. Whereas, a portion of the indebtedness secured
<br />by the trust deed, dated DECEMBER 11 1999 , executed by DIANA L MEYER AND
<br />ROBERT L MEYER WIFE AND HUSBAND , as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as
<br />Trustee, and recorded on DECEMBER 17, 1999 , in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, State of Nebraska, as Document No. 99111900 , has been paid
<br />on APRIL 4, 2007
<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by
<br />Equitable Bank, formerly known as Equitable Federal Savings Bank, formally known
<br />as The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska., A Federal Savings Bank,
<br />Successor to The Equitable, Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, as beneficiary
<br />named in such trust deed, the undersigned hereby grants and reconveys to the parties
<br />entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to the
<br />undersigned under such trust deed in that portion of the property described therein,
<br />located in HALL County, State of Nebraska, described as follows:
<br />THE WEST ONE -HALF OF THE NORTH ONE- HALq(W 1 / 2 n 1 / 2) OF LOT TEN (10), IN
<br />VANTINE'S SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />The trust deed remains in full force and effect as to all other property described
<br />in the trust deed.
<br />In witness thereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of partial
<br />reconveyance to Grand Island, Nebraska on APRIL 4 , 2007.
