Keown , Kuester <br />Lake Inc. Shareholder, GRANTEE: does hereby grant the GRANTEE, his heirs and assigns, <br />a pennanent easement for con,struction and operation of sewage treatment and distribution facilities <br />on the lands of the GRANTOR located in the Southwest Quarter (SWI/4) of Section Thirteen(13), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine(9) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />The description of the area involved for this easement is more particularly described as follows: <br />Lands for a sewage discharge line westerly from Lot No. 18 under the roadway to an area <br />near the west property line; thence north for a leach field adjacent to the property line. <br /> <br />This grant of easement herein contained shall allow the GRANTEE, their heirs and assigns the right <br />to utilize the lands of the GRANTOR, described as the "common ground", for construction of sewage <br />facilities which may consist of pipe, septic tank and leach field. The GRANTEE or its contractors <br />shall minimize the destruction of the area and will have the obligation to restore the ground surface <br />and grasses or vegetation as near as possible to the original condition. The GRANTEE will assume <br />any expenses that may be incurred from any action that may develop as a result of the construction, <br />cleaning, or rebuilding of these sewage facilities.
