<br />Know All Men by These Presents

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Jeff Kokes and Carla
<br />Kokes as original Trustors to Principal Bank, as Trustee for the benefit of Principal Bank, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, recorded Maroh 17, 2004 in the mortgage records in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds Hall County, Nebraska, in Book --- Page --- Instrument 0200402594. The Mortgage
<br />having been complied with and paid in full, the undersigned releases the Mortgage and all of its
<br />right, title and interest in the Property located at 1014 S pine Street, Grand Island, Nebraska
<br />68801.

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request
<br />Beneficiary thereunder, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
