<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated April 1 0, 1995 executed by William E Kuehner II, A Single
<br />Person, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br />which was recoided in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded
<br />as Document #95-103704, on the 6th day of June, 1995, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />THE SOUTH HALF (S1/2) OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE1/4) OF SECTION
<br />THIRTEEN (13) TOWNSHIP TEN (10), RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M.,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 23rd day of March, 2007.
