Grantor does grant to the Grantee an easement to enter upon and to construct, operate and maintain a utility sub-station operated by Grantee's electrical utility upon a tract ofland in the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Twenty-Five (25), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12), West ofthe 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, 200 feet in width by 100 feet in depth as more particularly described on the attached Exhibit "A" incorporated herein by reference. 2. Grantor does grant to Grantee an easement for ingress and egress over and upon a tract ofland in the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Twenty~Five (25), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, 20 feet in width along the North and West boundary of the parcel described in the immediately preceding paragraph all as more particularly described on the attached survey marked Exhibit "AU incorporated herein by reference. The Grantor does grant to the Grantee the pennanent easement and easement for ingress and egress above described in consideration of Grantee constructing and installing and maintaining a 69 Kilovolt (kV) Sub-Station to be used for the purpose of providing and extending electrical utility services to Grantor in accordance with a separate contract for utility services.
