This Space Reserved for Register of Deeds. <br /> <br />LICENSE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />This License Agreement is made by and between the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />NEBRASKA, a Municipal Corporation, herein referred to as the "Licensor" and K.c. HEHNKE, <br />d/b/a JERRY'S SHEET METAL, hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee." <br /> <br />1. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set <br />forth the terms and conditions undcr which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and <br />utilize the following describcd improvement which will infringe upon rcal estate owned by the <br />Licensor: <br /> <br />Licensec shall constmct a building to encroach three fect into the existing twelve <br />foot wide sanitary sewer easement along the south side of the property at 907 <br />West Oklahoma Street, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
