<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated December 3, 2002, executed by William D. Diessner and
<br />Cheri M. Diessner, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is
<br />named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Instrument No. 0200213763 in
<br />the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 11th day of December, 2002,

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described tOwwit:
