<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated March 25, 1998, executed by William D. Diessner, a Single
<br />Person, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and as
<br />Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Instrument No. 98-102834 in the Register of Deeds Office of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on the 30th day of March, 1998,

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:

<br />The West Twenty-seven Feet (27') of Lot Eight (8) and the East Thirty-four Feet (34') of Lot Nine (9),
<br />Block Three (3), Blain Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska..

<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust recorded March 30, 1998, as Instrument
<br />No. 98-102834 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to
<br />all real estate not herein reconveyed.
