<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by Equitable Bank,
<br />formerly known as Equitable Federal Savings Bank, as beneficiary named in such trust deed, the
<br />undersigned hereby grants and reconveys to the parties entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate
<br />and interest derived to the undersigned under such trust deed in that portion of the property described
<br />therein, located in HALL County, State of Nebraska, described as follows:

<br />PARCEL 3: THE NORTHERLY ONE HALF (Nl/2) OF LOT ONE (1), IN BLOCK THIRTY-FOUR (34),
