<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />ANTHONY W HARNESS AND KIFFIN R HARNESS. HUSBAND AND
<br />WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated APRIL 28. 2006 and recorded MAY 8. 2006 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument _200604056 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
