<br />200702331 <br /> <br />11 <br />Insurable Values or not less than the unpaid balance of the Mortgage Restructuring Mortgage, whichever, <br />is the lesser. The Mortgagor is required to begin renewal activities at least sixty (60) days in advance of <br />policy expiration. The Mortgagor is required to provide the Secretary with copies of the renewal policies or <br />certificates of insurance at least thirty (30) days prior to the policy expiration date. <br /> <br />H. Service Charge. Notwithstanding any other provision contained in the Mortgage Restructuring <br />Mortgage to which this Rider is attached, it is agreed that no monthly service charge shall be due in addition <br />to the payments of principal and interest payable under the terms of the Mortgage Restructuring Note secured <br />hereby. <br /> <br />I. Nonrecourse Liability. Notwithstanding any other provision contained herein or in the Mortgage <br />Restructuring Note, it is agreed that the execution of the Mortgage Restructuring Note shall impose no <br />personal I iability upon the Owner, nor any of its current or future general or limited partners, or officers, <br />directors, shareholders or members, as applicable, for payment ofthe indebtedness evidenced thereby and, in <br />the event of a default thereunder or hereunder, the holder of the Mortgage Restructuring Note shall look <br />solely to the Property and to the rents, issues and profits thereof in satisfaction of the indebtedness evidenced <br />by the Mortgage Restructuring Note and will not seek or obtain any deficiency or personal judgment against <br />the Owner, nor any of its current or future general or limited partners, or officers, directors, shareholders or <br />members, as applicable, except such judgment or decree as may be necessary to foreclose or bar its interest in <br />the Property and all other property mortgaged, pledged, conveyed or assigned to secure payment ofthe <br />Mortgage Restructuring Note; provided, however, that nothing in this condition and no action so taken shall <br />operate to impair any obligation of the Owner under the Regulatory Agreement. <br /> <br />OWNER: Holiday Garden Townhouses II, A Limited Partnership, <br />a Nebraska limited partnership <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Rental + Rider to Mort Rcstr Mtg 09-15-04 <br />
