<br />THIS MORTGAGE, made and executed as of this 20th day of March, 2007 by and between
<br />HOLIDAY GARDEN TOWNHOUSES II, A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Nebraska limited
<br />partnership, with address of c/o Five Points Bank, 2015 N. Broadwell, Grand [sland, NE 68801, party of the
<br />first part, hereinafter with its successors and assigns called the Mortgafor, and Secretary of Housing and
<br />Urban Development, having his principal place of business at 451 7' Street, S.W., Washington, D.C.,
<br />20410, party of the second part, hereinafter with its successors and assigns called the Mortgagee.

<br />WITNESSETH: That the said Mortgagor, for and in consideration of the sum of FOUR
<br />HUNDRED SIXTY -NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY -ONE AND 66/100 Dollars
