<br />200702308 DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated January 5, 2006 and executed by Jim Buck, a single person and Linda Buck, a single
<br />person, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustec, which was recorded as Instrument #200600226 in the Register of Deeds office of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska on the glh day of January, 2006,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />Lot Thirty-seven (37), Indianhead ih Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 23rd day of March, 2007.
