The GRANTEES or its contractors <br />shall minimize the destruction of the area and will have the obligation to restore the ground surface <br />and grasses or vegetation as near as possible to the original condition.The GRANTEE will assume <br />any expenses that may be incurred from any action that may develop as a result of the construction, <br />cleaning, or rebuilding of these sewage facilities.
