Spiehs, Personal Representative of the Estate of Leonard G. Spiehs, <br />Deceased, pursuant to appointment by the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />GRANTOR, conveys and releases to Jean A. Spiehs a life estate and the remainder <br />interest to David Lee Spiehs, Trustee, Leonard G. Spiehs Family Trust pursuant to the <br />Leonard G. Spiehs Last Will and Testament dated May 16, 2003, GRANTEE, the <br />following described real estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised Statutes Section <br />76-201): <br /> <br />A tract of land fifty-eight (58) rods square in the Southeast corner of the Northeast <br />Quarter (NE1/4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve <br />(12), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />A tract of land in the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section (13), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point on the <br />section line fifty and no one hundredths feet West of the Northeast corner of said <br />section, thence West on section line a distance of four hundred nine and four tenths <br />(409.4) feet, thence southerly and parallel to the section line on the East side of said <br />section a distance of two hundred sixty-six and no one hundredths (266.0) feet thence <br />easterly and parallel to the North section line of said section line a distance of four <br />hundred nine and four tenths (409.4) feet, thence northerly parallel to and fifty feet <br />distant from the East section line of said section a distance of two hundred sixty-six and <br />no one hundredths (266.0) feet to the point of beginning and containing 2.50 acres <br />more or less. <br /> <br />subject to easements and restrictions of record. <br /> <br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEE is the person entitled to <br />distribution of the real estate from said estate.
